Company Policy:
At Adalogo, customer satisfaction is our top priority. If you are not satisfied with your order, please let us know and we will do our best to resolve any issues.
All orders placed with Adalogo will be completed within the timeframe agreed upon at the time of order. If we anticipate any delays, we will notify you as soon as possible.
Adalogo reserves the right to refuse service to any customer for any reason.
Payment for all orders is due at the time of purchase unless other arrangements have been made in advance.
We strive to produce high-quality products at Adalogo, but we cannot be held responsible for any errors that were present in the original design provided by the customer.
Adalogo reserves the right to use any completed work for promotional purposes.

Prices at Adalogo are subject to change without notice.
We reserve the right to cancel any order at any time for any reason.
All sales are final. No refunds will be issued unless the product is defective or the incorrect product was shipped.
Adalogo is not responsible for any damages that may occur during shipping.
We reserve the right to make changes to these terms and conditions at any time.
Invoice and Terms Approval:
Adalogo reserves the right to refuse service for any reason.
It is the Client's responsibility to review all information (shirt type, product number, shirt color, service rendered, etc.) before paying the invoice.
The Client must provide all necessary information and graphics for printing. Additional charges may apply if Adalogo needs to perform graphics work.
The Client is responsible for the costs of shipping and handling from distributor(s) and from Adalogo, excluding larger orders where shipping charges are typically removed from distributors.
Standard purchases typically take 10-16 working days to complete after payment/agreement of the invoice and receipt of all files. The completion time may increase if there are complications with the provided image files. Adalogo is not responsible for delays caused by the Client's failure to provide proper graphics or timely responses.
Rush order purchases should be completed by the agreed-upon pickup/shipping date and may incur an extra fee for expediting the printing/stitching process.
Communication regarding standard orders will be conducted via text, social media platforms (if specified as the main communication medium), phone calls, and/or email. Email communication is preferred. Prompt responses from the Client may be required.
For rush orders, quick communication from the Client is necessary at any time, including outside regular business hours. Adalogo may need immediate responses between 8 PM and 5 AM. Adding Adalogo's number to an emergency override list on your phone is recommended during the order duration.
Colour Disclaimer (Ink, Thread, and Blank Products):
Adalogo strives to display the colours of products as accurately as possible, but due to monitor inconsistencies, the colour on your screen may not be an exact match. Screen images/references are intended as a guide only.
For screen-printed orders without an under-base, the ink may appear slightly darker on the final product. When placing your order, you are acknowledging this fact and waive any claim of dissatisfaction due to colour. The colour is even more difficult to represent in embroidery, because you can't really use a hex code to match a physical thread colour, so any attempt at getting "close" in matching colour on the reference image will not be perfect.
Embroidery colour matching is challenging since physical thread colours cannot be precisely represented by hex codes. Close matches to the reference image cannot be perfect.
To accommodate specific colour requests, clients must provide Pantone colour numbers (for screen printing) or specific thread product information. All colour complaints are forfeit if a custom thread is requested and approved by the client.
Lack of Pantone information waives any claims of dissatisfaction due to colour.
It is the client's responsibility to find the exact product matching their colour preference for blank products. Adalogo may assist, but is not liable for any shade differences from the distributor's online images.
Print Placement / Sizing:
Standard print placements for Adalogo are 1-4 inches below the bottom collar, depending on the design and garment style.
Clients must specify a print placement if desired; Adalogo is not liable for placement if not specified.
Adalogo follows artwork guidelines as closely as possible. For specific image sizing, clients must describe the desired sizing via email with their Sales Representative and note it in the quote/invoice before final approval/payment.
If no changes to the standard sizing are requested, the image will be sized accordingly, and any complaints are forfeit.
Small Elements:
Adalogo understands that small elements (such as Trademark, Copyright, QR codes, etc.) may not look good in embroidery and print. If not removed or requested for removal, Adalogo is not responsible for the outcome.
Small font is not recommended for embroidery. Payment of an invoice acknowledges this understanding.
Garment Defects:
Adalogo is not liable for manufacturer defects such as holes, stitching issues, sizing problems, or dye color inconsistencies.
Efforts are made to remove defective garments before printing, but occasional oversight can occur. Defective garments will be refunded upon return, with the client responsible for return shipping.
If defective garments cannot be returned, a credit of equal value will be issued to the client's account.
Reprints for defective garments are only offered if the defect is present on 10% or more of the total order (minimum of 5 pieces).
Limit on Certain Images:
Adalogo will not print images that can be deemed pornographic, hentai, prejudicial/bigoted, or supporting manipulation/abuse.
Adalogo has the right to refuse service based on their discretion.
Reference Image Approval:
The Client will receive a reference image from Adalogo, which requires written approval (preferably via email with the Client's Sales Representative) to proceed.
Adalogo follows an editing/approval process:
If the image matches the Client's description/preference, written approval must be given to the Sales Representative, and the order can continue.
If the image does not match the Client's description/preference, the Client can email specific differences expected/desired to their Sales Representative for an updated reference image. Reference images usually require fewer than 3 edits before approval. If 3 or more edits are needed, additional communication time during the approval process and an additional £28 per reference image adjustment may be required.
Design Terms:
The Client must have the legal right to use any design submitted or must be the creator of the design.
Adalogo reserves the right to reject any order for any reason.
If a claim arises against Adalogo due to the Client's design, the Client agrees to bear any losses suffered, including legal expenses.
By approving the design, the Client confirms having full authority and permission to use the uploaded designs and accepts responsibility for any claims related to the images.
Decoration on Customers' Own Items:
Adalogo cannot take any responsibility for damages that may occur during the printing process when using customers' own items.
Customers are responsible for providing items that are suitable for printing and ensuring their durability during the printing process.
Adalogo will take utmost care in the printing process, but any damages, including but not limited to tears, color bleeding, or fabric distortion, will be the sole responsibility of the customer.
Refunds:
Upon receiving notice of your cancellation, we will refund the purchase price as soon as possible, but no later than 30 days after receiving your notification.
Please be aware that our return policy may change without prior notice. It is your responsibility to review the policy at the time of purchase. We reserve the right to refuse any return that does not comply with our policy or is initiated after the specified timeframe.
We may allow the exchange of teamwear items at our discretion but will NOT OFFER REFUNDS under any circumstances.
Payment Policy:
Payment for all orders is due at the time of purchase unless other arrangements have been made in advance.
Adalogo accepts payment via cash, check, and all major credit cards.
A 50% deposit is required for all custom orders. The remaining balance must be paid before the completed order is shipped or delivered.
Adalogo reserves the right to charge a late fee for any payment that is not received within 7 days of the due date. The late fee will be equal to 5% of the total amount due.
If payment is not received within 30 days of the due date, Adalogo reserves the right to cancel the order and retain any deposit as compensation for any work completed to that point.
Adalogo also reserves the right to pursue legal action for any unpaid balances.
